Joe Daltorio served as Lead Pastor of River of Life Community Church in Hudson, Ohio for twenty-six years until November 2023. He and his wife Janice founded the church in 1997. He is currently engaged as a teacher, mentor and coach with leaders in Northeast Ohio and around the world.
Joe serves on the Executive Board of Harvest Leadership Alliance, an expression of the city-wide church in Northeast Ohio and the Harvest Leadership Institute Team equipping leaders to serve in the church and marketplace. He also serves on the Board of Messenger Fellowship, and Refuge Host Homes and is working with Lionshare Leadership Group in training disciple-makers and equipping churches to train disciple-makers.
Joe has spoken at conferences and as a guest speaker in churches. He has also led evangelism and ministry planting teams in Argentina and Chile and participated in leadership training conferences in France, India, Italy, Ivory Coast, Mauritius, and the United States.
His passion in ministry is to see ongoing reformation in the Church and transformation in society. His goal is to equip leaders and help rising new generations to understand their identity in Christ Jesus and their mission to proclaim the truth of the Gospel.
He published a book entitled, Someone is Looking for You September 2025.
